Our Story
After working for another firm, our founder started to think of ways on how he can serve clients better. Eventually, he decided to open his own firm in 2012. Today, Harding Law Firm is a reputable practice in Overland Park, KS.
Since our inception, we have been steadfast in upholding our founder’s commitment to giving our clients the most effective representation possible.

Burton Harding, Partner
Attorney Harding has been practicing law since 2009. He has more than a decade of experience in the district courts of southeastern Kansas. In addition to a Juris Doctor degree at the University of Kansas, attorney Harding holds an MBA degree. He is currently focusing on criminal law including DUI and civil law.
